Venetian Spritz

Combine La Gioiosa Prosecco, Select Aperitivo, and a splash of soda water over ice for a refreshing Venetian Spritz.

Ingredients

  • La Gioiosa Prosecco - 90ml

  • Select Apertivo - 60ml

  • Soda water - 30ml

Method

  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice.

  2. Measure 90ml of La Gioiosa Prosecco DOC Treviso.

  3. Pour 30ml of soda water.

  4. Add 60ml of Select Apertivo.
